OUR STORY
Founded in 2019 by father and son George and Constantinos Evangelou, Terresun Properties emerged from a shared vision to deliver beautifully designed, high-quality residential buildings in Cyprus that offer true value and peace of mind.
With over 30 years of combined expertise in construction and project management, the Evangelou family identified a significant gap in the local real estate market: the need for modern, thoughtfully built apartment buildings that combine aesthetics, functionality, and long-term quality.

George Evangelou
Founder
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction, project management, and client relations, George is the foundation of Terresun’s commitment to quality. As a former Sales Manager at Massif Wooden Doors and Windows and Project Manager at Svaleno Properties, George brings a keen eye for detail, practical expertise, and a lifelong passion for building. His vision: to create homes that combine elegance, functionality, and long-term value.
Constantinos Evangelou
Business Development Manager
A graduate of Sophia Antipolis University in Nice with a degree in Business Administration and Economics, Constantinos brings a fresh, forward-thinking approach to Terresun. Passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction, he leads the company’s growth strategy, ensuring that every project aligns with Terresun’s core values and evolving market demands.
Panayiotis Evangelou
Financial Controller
After earning his degree in Business and Economics and completing five years of study in France, Panayiotis launched his career at a major audit firm in Cyprus. Now a qualified Chartered Accountant, he brings strategic insight and financial discipline to Terresun. His focus is optimising financial operations and supporting sustainable growth, ensuring that every project is financially sound and future-ready.
